At Thinkly Learning, we understand that every child learns differently. Our goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where students can develop their skills, ask questions, and grow as confident learners.We offer tutoring for students in Grades 2–7, tailoring lessons to each student’s grade level, learning needs, and goals.

Our Story

Thinkly Learning was created with a simple purpose: to make quality learning support more accessible, and affordable for families in South Surrey and White Rock. Sometimes, students just need someone to sit down with them, explain something in a different way, or give them the time to work through a problem. That’s where Thinkly Learning comes in. We’re a youth-led initiative, created by students who wanted to make academic support more accessible to other students in our community.

Through volunteer tutoring in Math, Science, and English, we’re hoping to give younger students the support they need to catch up, keep up, and feel more confident in school. More than tutoring, Thinkly Learning is about bringing students, families, and volunteer tutors together to create a supportive local learning community.

At Thinkly Learning, we provide personalized tutoring for students in Grades 2–7 throughout South Surrey and White Rock, BC. Our goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can strengthen their skills, ask questions, and build confidence at their own pace. With online and in-person tutoring options, families can choose what works best for their schedule. In-person sessions are available at Semiahmoo Library, conveniently located for families in South Surrey.

Our tutors are local youth volunteers, ranging from 15-18 years old. They are all very reliable and dedicated to providing support across various subjects. Furthermore, all our volunteers have attended school in British Columbia, resulting in them being very aware of the school system and curriculum.

At Thinkly Learning, we not only value the results, but also the individual growth of our students to get there. By using different ways of evaluation, we track progress overtime to understand what’s working, and what needs more attention.
